Extended Working Range and Battery Life
The Rugby 610 rotating laser delivers great performance with the Rod Eye Basic receiver. If needed, the operating range can be extended to 600 m with the Rod Eye 140 and the Rod Eye 160 digital receivers. The Rugby 610 comes in package with the long-lasting and quickly charging Li-Ion battery for even longer operating times.

Shipping Policy
- Delivery Locations & Times: Equipment will be delivered to the location and at the time specified in your Hire Schedule. Delivery is acknowledged in writing or deemed to occur at the Hire Commencement Time.
- Responsibility During Shipping: From the moment the Hire Period begins, the customer is solely responsible for all risks of loss or damage to the equipment until it is returned to Zenith or collected by Zenith from the agreed location.
- Return Shipping: When returning equipment, customers must ensure all items and accessories are properly packed, secured, and labeled to prevent loss or damage during transit. Failure to do so may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are specified in the Hire Schedule and must be paid as outlined in your agreement.
Late Return Policy
- Return Deadline: Equipment must be returned by the Date for Return specified in your Hire Schedule. If you anticipate a delay, you must notify Zenith as soon as possible.
- Extensions: Requests for extensions must be made in advance. Approval is at Zenith’s discretion and may incur additional fees.
- Late Fees: If equipment is not returned on time, you will be liable for liquidated damages at the rate specified in your Hire Schedule. This amount is a genuine pre-estimate of Zenith’s loss due to the delay.
Refund Policy
- Bond Refund: After the equipment is returned and inspected, Zenith will refund the bond if there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear and all payments are up to date.
- Deductions from Bond: If the equipment is damaged, Zenith may retain part or all of the bond to cover repair or replacement costs. If any monies are owed (including late fees), Zenith may also retain the bond to cover these amounts.
- Shipping Fees and Additional Charges: Upon return, any outstanding shipping fees or additional charges (including late fees) must be paid before the bond is refunded.
